“CHINT” series two-stage vacuum extruder adopts all-steel design, and the reamer is designed according to the nature of raw materials. The machine is a split-type upper and lower all-steel structure, which is driven by two motors respectively. It has the characteristics of advanced technology, large extrusion pressure, high output, high vacuum degree, and durability. It is especially suitable for the production of solid bricks and high porosity. Bricks, which can be applied to a variety of raw materials, such as: coal gangue, shale, clay, fly ash, etc., are the most popular brick machine equipment at present.

Performance Principle

  • (1) The vacuum brick machine consists of a two-stage mixing and extrusion part (upper stage) and an extrusion molding part (lower stage), and is equipped with an air compression system and a vacuum system. The pneumatic clutch used can realize remote control. The upper and lower levels can be installed in one-line or T-shape;
  • (2) The main body of the vacuum brick making machine is welded by high-quality steel plates, and has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high extrusion pressure, high vacuum degree, sturdy and durable, strong applicability, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and convenient maintenance;

Maintenance

The mud processed by the vacuum brick making machine is neither a rigid body nor a liquid, but an elastic-plastic body composed of a mixture of tiny solid material particles and a certain amount of water (sometimes a little additive). Its main solid characteristic is plasticity, with a certain shape and volume; its main liquid characteristic is a certain volume, but its resistance to deformation is low. After such mud enters the feeding port, it is first broken, kneaded and mixed by the mixer trowel, and then squeezed in the conical mud tank. Since the cylinder is conical, the mud flow area is gradually reduced, which plays the role of sealing the vacuum chamber. When the mud is pushed into the vacuum chamber, it is cut into mud strips or mud pieces and falls to the bottom of the chamber by its own weight. At this time, the gas mixed with mud and adsorbed is sucked out by the vacuum pump. After degassing, the loosened sludge is pushed to the front end and gradually pressurized by the action of the screw. Finally, under the strong push of the extrusion screw, the mud is extruded to the head of the machine and extruded through the mouth of the machine.
